Ticket status and flow in Zendesk

With email you only have two status: read and unread. With tickets you can have more than 5 different ticket status. I will briefly explain what they are and when to use them. And you can download the free one-page cheat sheet with all available ticket status in Zendesk.

The different ticket statuses in Zendesk

  1. New
  2. Open
  3. Pending
  4. On-hold
  5. Solved
  6. Closed
